FloridESCo offers different pricing structures to ensure we meet our clients’ needs. Thanks to our Special Purchasing Vehicle (SPV*) we are able to lessen the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) burden of our clients.
LIGHTING AS A SERVICE
FloridESCo’s Lighting as a Service (LaaS) Program* utilizes a Specialty Purchase Vehicle to lessen the initial capital expense burden generally imposed on clients. FloridESCo offers their lighting products, installation and continued maintenance as a service paid monthly over several years. With LED offering such impressive energy savings, this structure is self- funding, enabling clients to start saving immediately through net positive cash flows, something unheard of in most other financing structures.
